Welcome to DarkBoxKit. By accessing and using our online tool, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Use of the Tool

DarkBoxKit offers a visual label editor for personal and commercial use, free of charge. The tool is provided "as is" and without warranties. Use is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for all content you create and for the SLP code generated through our platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design and functionality of the DarkBoxKit tool are the exclusive property of DarkBoxKit. You may use the tool to generate label codes, but you may not copy, redistribute or modify the platform itself.

3. User Content

The tool does not store any project or user data on our servers. The content you create and the code you generate exist only in your browser during the session. We recommend that you save the generated code in a safe place, as it cannot be recovered after you close the page.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DarkBoxKit or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the tool. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data or profits, business interruption, or any other damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the site. Continued use of the tool after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
